Learning Garden Volunteer Day

Join us at the Herbalista Learning Garden for our monthly volunteer garden days. On these garden days we spend time maintaining our herbal garden beds, watering and weeding, planting and harvesting, and sharing the day together with the plants. Our Garden Days are led by gardener Tim Hayes and are family friendly events. 

This month’s volunteer day will be followed by a special class at 1pm called ‘In the Weeds’. This mini-class is taught by Tim where he will share tips and tricks for keeping up with the garden during peak season. 

The Learning Garden is located in the Summerhill neighborhood of Atlanta. The event is free but please register for directions and other important information. We provide all the supplies, but please wear appropriate clothing and bring along anything you need to be comfortable (e.g. sunscreen, hat, water bottle, etc.)
