These pre-Symposium half-day intensives REQUIRE registration and can be purchased for a fee of $50 per class along with your general registration.
The Herbalista Free Clinic provides earth-based care to underserved communities in Atlanta, Georgia using the mobile clinic model. By freeing the clinic from the confines of brick and mortar, we lower our overhead costs and expand treatment capacity. This class will share the nuts ‘n’ bolts of how we keep the wheels turning on our mobile clinics — the Herb Bus, the Herb Cart and the Dublin Herb Bike.
We will cover topics such as kit building, staffing, dispensary practicalities, legalities, and other logistics of concern. We will also share loads of resources that have been helpful to us as we navigate this model of care. We will finish with a Q&A to help folks considering launching mobile clinics of their own.
